✅ How to Register – Simple 3-Step Process
Create Your OARA Account
If you don’t already have an account, create one at our Learning Management System:
Note: This is a one-time setup. You’ll use this account for all future OARA programs!
Complete Student Registration & Waivers
After logging in:
- Register your child(ren) in the system
- Complete the Makerspace Waiver form (required)
- Add student information (age, grade, etc.)
💡 Tip: You only need to do this once! After setup, enrolling in camps is quick and easy.
Enroll in Winter Camp!
Navigate to the Camps section and:
- Choose Winter Camp – Foundations (ages 6-10) or Winter Camp – Innovators (ages 9-14)
- Select your enrollment option (Weekly or Drop-in)
- Choose specific days (for drop-in) or full week
- Add extended hours if needed (early drop-off/late pickup)
- Complete payment
