Ages 6-8
Time: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Days: Regular school days

Introduction to basic robotics and coding concepts through fun, hands-on activities.

Time: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Days: Regular school days

Advanced robotics programming, team challenges, and competition preparation.

What age groups can participate?

Our After School Programs are designed for students ages 6-18, with three different levels: Foundations (6-8), Innovators (9-14), and Pioneers (15-18).

What equipment do students use?

Students work with professional-grade equipment including LEGO Spike robotics kits, micro:bit microcontrollers, and advanced electronics tools. All equipment is provided by OARA.

How many students are in each class?

We maintain small class sizes with a maximum of 8 students per instructor to ensure personalized attention and optimal learning experiences.

No prior experience is required! Our programs are designed to meet students at their current skill level and build from there, whether they’re complete beginners or have some experience.

We understand that students may need to miss occasional sessions. We work with families to provide make-up opportunities when possible and ensure students don’t fall behind.

Are there any competitions or showcases?

Yes! Students have opportunities to participate in FIRST LEGO League competitions, local robotics showcases, and our own OARA Innovation Challenge events.
